I completed the weaning workshop with The Nursing Mama and I can highly recommend it. At 6 months old, I was ready to wean off breastfeeding my little girl but didn’t know where to start. Attempts at bottle feeding up to this point failed and I was stressing about how I’d ever get her weaned. Katie’s class covered all aspects of weaning and was very informative and delivered in a clear, matter of fact and timely manner. The Q&A at the end was excellent and I felt I could have asked any question and not felt stupid or pushed for time. Katie was very non-judgemental and I don’t think it would matter if you were weaning at 6 weeks or 6 years, she had answers and a welcome for everybody! … I am so proud to have reached my personal goal and I am feeling so good and confident as we move on to the next chapter thanks to Katie’s excellent guidance and informative session. Great value for money and like everything I’ve learned about breastfeeding to date, knowledge and support are power. Katie absolutely knows her stuff and I will be recommending her to all my friends for all their lactation needs. Thanks Katie, appreciate your help more than you know. 5 stars!
